Tim Skronski

Line Cook & Carving Station Guru

Cooks are often the unsung heroes of the restaurant business, since most of the time guests don't get to interact with the culinary artists who prepare their food on a daily basis.

Tim is a hardworking guy who takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. He's been with us for close to 1 year, and his favorite part of working at Engrained is the awesome staff we have. His favorite menu item is the Farmhand Burger, and he loves to hunt, fish, be outdoors, and spend time with his girlfriend Linsey when he's not working.

Steve Margold

Server & Entertainer-in-Chief

If you've been to Engrained any time in the last 4+ years since we opened, you've very likely met this guy. Steve is famous around here for his sense of humor and ability to have a good time wherever he is.

Fun fact: Steve was one of the very first people hired before we even opened, and has been with us since day 1 (as he says, "since the slab was poured"). He loves his co-workers, our Korean BBQ wings, and Blackberry Lager. On the rare days he's not working, you can find Steve on the golf course, bourbon tasting, or hosting epic house parties. His wife Brenda and two sons, Kyle and Ryan, are part of the Engrained family as well.

We appreciate Steve and the positive energy he brings with him every day!
