Courtney Miller

Bartender & Server

 

Courtney has been an always smiling and friendly bartender and server at Engrained for just over a year. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious! Courtney loves the Oatmeal Stout and Mikey's Hot Ham Sandwich.  She loves working with her amazing coworkers, serving local food and craft beer. Outside of work, Courtney takes care of FIVE furbabies! Thank you Courtney for always being awesome! 

 

Mikey Goff

Grillardin

Mikey has been with us for over 3 years, and currently works as a grill cook ("Grillardin"). This is his 2nd Employee of the Month award! He is from Springfield, and attended Lanphier High School. His favorite menu item is our Mikey's Hot Ham Sandwich, named after him!  Mikey thrives on meeting the challenges that come with a busy kitchen, and has been a strong part of our team since day one. In his free time, he likes to bowl and hang out with his girlfriend and her son. Thank you Mikey for your hard work and dedication to Engrained!

Brad Augsburger

Server

 

In his 10 months at Engrained, Brad has been an energetic and hardworking member of our team. Brad is from Normal, IL and attended Bradley University. His favorite things about Engrained include his coworkers, Mikey's Hot Ham Sandwich (do you see a theme here? :)), and the Brazilian Bombshell. Outside of work he likes to play golf, poker, and chess. Congratulations to Brad on being an employee of the month! 

 

Michael Benedict 

Grillardin

 

Michael has been with us for 4 months, and shows off his skills in the kitchen more every day.  A Kansas native, he attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. His favorite Engrained brew is the IPA, and he likes the Pimento Mac & Cheese dish. In his free time he enjoys playing golf. Thank you Michael for sharing your many talents with us!

Tyree Sullivan

Porter

 

Tyree has only been at Engrained for about a month, but he has already made a huge impression on everyone here! He works tirelessly and efficiently to get the job done and keep our kitchen sparkling clean. Tyree is a Springfield native and attended Lanphier High School. He loves our cheese curds, potato cakes, and Blackberry Lager, but especially enjoys the people he works with. Thank you for all you do Tyree!

 

 

 

Robert Bly

Server  

 

Bly has been with us since December 2017, offering his own style of service with a smile. He attended Rochester High School and plans to pursue a Computer Science degree some day. Bly loves his coworkers and the team atmosphere at Engrained. His current favorite menu items are the Margarita Flatbread and the Brazilian Bombshell. Fun fact about Bly: he used to be a professional fire performer, and still does it for fun!
