At Engrained we are in constant pursuit of local ingredients and new ways to support farmers in our area. When we discovered hops being grown just an hour away, we couldn't wait to get them into our brewery.
Hallowed Hops Farm in Lewistown was started in 2014, and currently produces Cascade, Centennial, Hallowed Crystal, Chinook, CTZ, Alpha Aroma, and Sorachi Ace varieties.
We caught up with Erik and his team in September as they were preparing to harvest, and got an inside look at their operation.
